Bullet Points Not Working after using visual composer

Bullet Point is working perfectly in my every post and page .
I am use a theme called “Newspaper” bought from themeforest.

I build a custome page using visul editor .Now Problem is when i use Visul Editor,in that post Bullet point is not wrking .Not sure why .
