If you cannot see any payment options you should first try refreshing your account details. To do this browse to WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Mouse over your account > Click refresh account details. Once that process is complete, you should be able to select payment options.

On your WordPress dashboard, please go to eBay > Settings > Account and click the “Refresh Details” link and that should solve the issue.
