how can I delete registered user via database? | WordPress.org

I need to delete all users WITH zero posts AND WITHOUT a certain domain in their email… not sure how to write a database query for that… any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong.

thanks Tara, I actually used the plugin below and modified it to exclude all users with a specific email.
