@jlagrue – So basically only the themeing is an issue? In that case there are a couple of thing to try, update your popup themes by editing and clicking the update button, this should rebuild the stored CSS that is generated for popup theming. You may also need to flush page/site cache if you have a plugin or host that provides that.
Otherwise we need a link to troubleshoot further. Hope that helps.
Those steps made no difference. I even turned off caching. However I use W3 Total Cache which does not cache pages for logged in users – and still get the same thing happening.
The popup is at http://devsite.ecoinstaller.net/ecoinstaller/heating/log-burners/
Click on the green button to see the popup.
Any further thoughts on this? I can’t use the plugin (and it is by far the best!) if theming doesn’t work
@jlagrue – Ok so I don’t see the button you mentioned, but I do see that your site has popup themes 6928 & 6977, but your popups are set to use 6930 & 6977.
Since popup theme 6930 doesn’t seem to exist that popup looks broken, but is simply missing valid css.
Edit that popup and be sure that one of those 2 existing themes is selected in the theme dropdown, then hit update. You can confirm this as the popup should have a class of theme-6928 instead of theme-6930.
Hope that helps.
Looks like a theme got deleted and the popup didn’t switch to the new default.
That seems to have fixed it and it is working now. Thank you for your help 🙂
@jlagrue – Awesome glad you got it working. Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.
