Header Image Not Loading

    Hi!

    I’m working with a website where the theme has been working well for about 7-8 months. Right now, the header image selected for the theme will only resolve as a white background. I tried changing the header image, using a fresh install to overwrite current theme files, activating a new theme and deleting and reinstalling the theme. All help is welcome. The website is ash10music.com.

    I’m also getting a cropping error whenever I attempt to crop a new image for the header.

    I got the same problem recently. Have been using same theme for all most a year now. Header image is not loading anymore but to add to that my right side bar menu is not loading either.. AND the see more button/link is not responding….
    Tried the same things as Ash and kinda stuck now..

    Has Anyone had similar problems and if then how did You solve it?

    I have the same problem and it occured first time just when I launched the site. It seems that when I resize the browser tab, or hit F11 for full-screen the header image loads. This is really frustrating but I haven’t found a solution for it yet. ;(

    If the image isn’t displayed, that usually indicates that something is breaking the page and the JavaScript isn’t actually loading. Same can be said for why the sidebar isn’t there.

    Take a look at your source code to see where the code breaks to help figure out what you might have added to your content that is causing the issue.

    Thanks! In my case the problem was in a plugin. I deactivated it and the site works correctly.
