• Hello,

We have downloaded ultimatemember and we currently use this plug-in on our site.

There is an issue with the plug-in we haven’t been able to solve yet. I’ll try and illustrate the issue with the following example:
We aim to create a member site, where members can enrol under one of two categories: coaches or students.

Coaches will field in the following fields on their profile: sport played, location, and level. Students on the other hand will be able to make a search for a coach in their area and for a particular sport.
The problem which we have is: how can we link the level the coach has to the sport he coaches? At the moment we’ve only been able to make level and sport independent fields. There is no link between them, so the coach can’t inform of his level at a given sport. The only solution we find is to keep one field combining sport and level: ie: tennis – high, tennis – intermediate, tennis – beginner and so forth.

Is there a way around this?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

Apologies for the late reply. This would require customization of the plugin code if you wished to achieve what you are looking to do.

Afraid we cannot offer customization services at this time due to support/plugin development demands.

    Thanks 🙂
