I need one of these, IDEALLY, for a membership-type site where they there will a couple of different levels of service, which will require payment, easy interactions between the client and host through a refined email system, custom fields if needed, and if need be, it can connect with third party plugins/software like Woo Commerce, Capsule, etc…. although it would be neat to have an all-in-one all in WordPress.
Thanks!
ONTRAPORT (CRM) has it’s own membership plugin called PilotPress and does all of this – clients can purchase memberships, upgrade when logged in, you can even do protected pages by membership level, stellar email automation, and has third party payment gateway connections. They also do a 90 day money back guarantee so you can cancel and get a refund if it doesn’t work out, plus they’re doing two free hours of implementation time with their team but this is probs going to be discontinued soon. It’s not right to facilitate this if it’s going to be so focused on pricing. You’ve mentioned prices @dathaeus, which will trigger advertisers (not saying who is and who isn’t).
Thanks @morgan5454 but I think thats a bit out of my price range for starters anyways… might be able to afford more later maybe, altho its specs on the homepage seem pretty impressive.
@andrew I have no idea what u r saying… but I am not looking for only free solutions but similar to the ones I listed. If u r referring to morgans post, I’ll just ignore your post I guess.

The WordPress.org forums are here to support WordPress core, or themes or plugins that are distributed on WordPress.org.
dathaeus, Andrew’s reply was for both. It’s a valid concern here, let’s not ignore moderators please. 🙂
LOL I understand, I was kinda joking.
What would be nice is if someone would actually address the OP, but it is what it is.
I would if I had an answer. 11 years in WordPress and never once needed a CRM plugin. 🙂
