Hi The X Lerner,
I can’t seem to replicate the issue on my end. I was able to switch between languages without any errors or warnings being generated.
Are you using any sort of multi-language plugin, like WPML?
Can you try temporarily switching themes to check if there is some sort of conflict there?
Thanks,
Evan

Hello,
it seems to be a plugin/theme conflict , because the error disappear in these two cases :
1 – WordPress HTTPS (SSL) plugin disabled | WPLMS theme activated
2 – WordPress HTTPS (SSL) plugin activated | WPLMS theme disabled
I contact the theme developers , and I am waiting a response from them
note : these two cases are in french wp installation
