Wow – it looks like your thumbnail quality setting is set really low.
Goto FooGallery Settings and change the thumbnail quality to 80-100%
You might need to clear your thumbnail cache for those galleries – this can be done from the gallery edit page
Hi,
The thumbnail setting was at 80% but on your advice I upped it to 100% and that sorted the issue across the board.
Many thanks,
I had the same issue 80% was making them look as though they were 5% quality. Odd. is 80 thinking it is 8?
Please try the latest version : https://github.com/fooplugins/foogallery/archive/develop.zip
Which has extra built-in checks for thumbnail quality
I’m also having this same trouble. I’ve tried following the lead on this topic (and others) and it doesn’t seem to resolve itself. I’ve set the thumbnail quality to 80, 90 and 100 with no result. I’ve refreshed all of my thumbnails and that hasn’t helped either.
This page shows the issue to good effect: http://georginahooper.com.au/2016/09/undaunted/
