Hey Louise,
The issue is being caused by several JavaScript errors on your website (screenshot). These are being caused by an outdated version of the jQuery library which is included in your theme. It looks like you have the following in your theme’s header.php file which is loading an old version of the library:
<script language='javascript' src='https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.4/jquery.min.js' type='text/javascript'></script>
I’m not sure whether you added that, or whether another plugin did, but if you remove it then it should hopefully remove those errors for you.
Hopefully that helps!
John
Hi
Thanks for getting back to me. I deleted that code but it’s still not working . Any idea what I’m doing wrong ?
Louise
Hey Louise,
That got rid of all of the errors on your site apart from one (screenshot). It looks like that error is coming from this part of your site, which could be generated by a Pinterest plugin. Try deactivating any Pinterest plugins you have installed to see if that removes the error. You can view any JavaScript errors on your website by following the directions in #3 of this WordPress article.

Great, glad to hear that 🙂
No obligation, but if you like the plugin and support you received please consider leaving a quick review! It really helps to support the plugin!
Just let me know if you have any other issues and have a great weekend.

Hi John,
I’ve seen a lot of posts and answers how to solve the ‘loading’ instagram feed problem on peoples website.
I tried but still can’t find how to fix it on my website.
Is there a possibility you can take a look for me?
Thank you very much
Brian

Hi Brian,
I thought I would take a look at your loading problem if you don’t mind. It looks like you have some javascript errors on your page. Our plugin relies heavily on javascript so errors on other parts of the site can affect it.
Usually the errors are related to plugins. Could you try disabling them to see if that fixes the issue? If it does, you can reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the issue.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
Thanks,
Craig
