Submit to new page?

With all form settings default, Ninja Forms will simply reload the page with $_POST data and will show error/success messages accordingly. If you need it to go to a page after it is submitted, you can create an action under Emails & Actions that is a Redirect type and have it redirect to a URL of your choosing.
