"Screen Options" Link is Dead

    I have three wordpress sites, and on all of my sites the “Screen Options” link is broken. On one site in particular I need to reorganize my woo categories. I know I can do this by dragging and dropping, but I need a longer list to fit all of my categories. I know I can make the list longer by selecting “Screen Options,” but the link is dead. I have tried it in three different browsers (chorme, firefox, and ie) and three different computers. Thanks in advance for any help!

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    James, thank you so much! The problem was caused by the “Advanced Woo Commerce Reporting System” plugin. I’ll keep this problem-solving method in mind when I run into future problems. Thanks again for your time.
