Extra Code in Enews Extended widget

Many people are unable to sign up using my Enews widget that I’m using with Aweber. It works for most, but for example, I had over 100 people successfully sign up this morning and 30 contacted me to tell me that they were getting an “invalid email” error.

Aweber said that there is code from Genesis ENews Extender that is causing this error, and that if that code is removed it should work fine. Please help!
