All the options for removing / cloning sections don’t appear on the right hand side of the section header, only the “collapse” icon appears.

We apologize about the issue, version 1.3.4 fixes this and it is waiting for Theme Review, you can manually update the theme right away, it is available at https://wordpress.org/themes/download/quest.1.3.4.zip?nostats=1
