trying to instll, get error messsage

    I get this error message:

    CGI Error
    The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

    I didn’t think there was any CGI scripts running. My files are stored at http://ametoco.com/blog and I get this message when going to that folder and/or when going to the install file.
