invalid password reset link

My site (cybernotebook.org) was hacked recently, and I’ve been trying to log into WordPress to update it and just start over. (Luckily, I’d just started, so not much content lost.)

The problem is, it seems even my log-in has been tampered with. I’ve been trying for the last hour or so but I can’t get into my account. I’ve asked for a password reset maybe a dozen times and keep getting:

Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

What do I do? Can WP just give me a new password so I can get in?
