UPDATE: I installed an older version, 3.5.2, and everything works now. So it might be the update that is causing the issue. The same issue happens on when you Edit a post.

    Hi ekijiji,

Sorry that you ran into issues here!

Can you upgrade again and try a conflict test? Sounds like you might have something going on with a Javascript conflict. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with AWPCP, which may help pinpoint the issue: http://awpcp.com/forum/faq/how-to-test-for-plugintheme-conflicts/

We haven’t had reports on 3.5.3.1 with that specific issue and the symptoms you describe sound very much like a classic Javascript issue.

Thanks so much for the quick reply! Greatly appreciated! I am still running the 3.5.2 version and it started to do the same error as I had previously mentioned. So I deactivated W3 Total Cache, and it works just fine now!

I will upgrade again and keep W3TC off and see if it works too!

Update: So I upgraded to the new version as per your suggestion and I started to get the same loading issues in the fields where you enter Country and City et cetera under Place Ad.

This is what I have done so far not in this particular order:

Completely uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled. Same Error.
Cleared any extras on my .htacess file. Same Error.
    Deactivated all plugins. Same Error.
Changed to a theme Twenty-Ten. Same Error.
Re-installed the current WordPress. Same Error.

Reinstalled my backup files and I was getting the same error until I did a purge over Cloudflare and the error doesn’t happen anymore but I am still using version 3.5.2 and everything works fine right now with this version.

Any ideas what can be wrong?

OK, you aren’t getting the error when you purge Cloudflare (a proxy caching service) which says that some pages that are getting cached should NOT be cached.

The Place Ad and Search Pages should never be cached, no matter which cache service you’re running. You may want to go back to W3TC and just add these URLs as exceptions. That should correct the issue.

Caches in this case would be holding on to stale data and that would cause problems as you post the data from the form, showing incorrect state. Pages like these should definitely not be cached.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues!

Amazing!! Truly amazing!!! I’m not going to count my chicks before they hatch…but I’ve created a new rule not to cache those pages as specified and so far so good everything works!

My next step is upgrading to the new version and hopefully it works on that one too!

I will let you know if it works.

Thanks for the quick and helpful response! Your time and expertise is truly appreciated!

Update: I updated to the newest version, and it was glitching like crazy on me. If I went to search ads, it would redirect me to my homepage.

I uninstalled Cloudflare completely and deleted all its components and everything works fine now.

Thanks for your help and patience!

No problem. Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues!
