Urgent Error with my Website

    Help! I’m a total newb when it comes to creating a website, but after a lot of effort I built a wordpress website using the RockWell theme that I bought. It’s worked fine for years, but today I tried to sent it to a potential client and noticed it’s down.

    I have no idea what that information is telling me, and I can’t access my wp-admin page to try and fix it because that brings up the same error page.

    Please help!

    These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/themes/. So please contact the developer/vendor directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your /custom/commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.     Hi there,

    It seems to be an issue with some of your theme files. Have you checked to see if there is an update available for your theme?

    If you can’t make progress there; I’d recommend creating a support ticket with the theme vendor:

    Thanks for the speedy replies! I’ve posted a thread in the developer/vendor’s support forums as well.

    Another newb question: How can I update my theme if I can’t access my wp-admin page?

    Good point.

    Well, you can use FTP (or your hosts cPanel) to access your files on your server. You would need to manually replace the theme folder. It may be a bit involved for a newb; but your theme vendor should be able to help you with this task.
