Multisite , Remove add a new user capabilities for admin

    Hello guys.

    Hope you all fine.
    I don’t like plugin at all. and i have a Multi-site(Site Network)
    and i want to remove add a new user capabilities option for admin user.
    i mean to say only super admin can add a new user to site . and admin should not have permission(capabilities) to add a new user

    Please help me on that guys !!
