some things you might try:
• Check if mails are sent properly (not using contact form)
• Update WP / contactform 7 (if not latest)
• Share your config of CF7 so we can have a more dtetailed look and/or how you implemented it (in template / shortcode / …)
Would also be interesting to know what you changed in the past days. WP updates, PHP version updates, etc.
I have the same problem. Since yesterday CF7 doesn’t send mails.
We don´t make any changes or updates.
We have WP 4.3.1 and CF7 4.3.1
I have sent a test mail from WP and works, but CF7 shows mail is sent but it fails. I check mail logs and it is OK, the mail appears to be sent OK. Both mail logs (WP test and CF7) ares identical , but only works WP test… Following is the last part of a mail log sent:
…, relay=aspmx.l.google.com[74.125.136.26]:25, delay=0.25, delays=0.05/0/0.14/0.06, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 1448531916 k125si2492218wmd.16 – gsmtp)
WORKING !!!
The problem was Google. We checked Google Mail Logs in admin console and find that all messages from CF7 was in pending status…

It works now. The issue was solved by putting the right “from” e-mailadres.
