    I’m trying to translate Index meta-title and description from Italian site the other languages.

    I’m using WPML string translation and i can translate in all languages except for ENGLISH.

    In string translation i find the correct form for the Italian strings (because usually the original strings must be in english) but if i use English in the original settings (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_titles#top#home) the Italian home snippet shows the english text instead.
    I don’t understand why!!

    Could you please help me fix the problem?
