Different pricing options

I’ve got a question regarding wordpress e-commerce plugin. In fact probably i am looking for an extension to it. I would like to sell one product type per month. It will be an ebook in three pricing versions.
version A – you get first 10 pages [5$]
version B – you get half of book [10$]
version C – you get whole book [15$]how to achieve that?
secondly – after choosing one of those versions an user will see a slider which will manipulate total payment split. It should work like on humblebundle.com but without charity. so in fact user decides how much money goes on my account as seller and how much goes to the author. any ideas how to make it?
