Hi, I use special tags like [_post_name] in the email but don’t work. In the email it shows [_post_name].

Any idea?

Yes, the version is 4.3

Which page on the site do you have the Contact Form 7 form?

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in all languages.

Try switching to the default theme (twentyfifteen).

OK, with twentyfifteen works.

For sure the problem is the theme.
