Error sending newsletter

Hi
I have problems with sending mails, I send 64 letters, and 47 letters could not be send, and the Errors says:
Fejl ved afsendelse af besked Nyheder november og december 2015 til slundsfryd@gmail.com | Could not instantiate mail function.
What is happened ????
