Got my first page created (I think it looks great) but it won’t scroll down! I’ve tried EVERYTHING I know! In Backgrounds, and Layouts I’ve tried FIXED and SCROLL and neither will work. HELP PLEASE!

Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

Well … I disabled the snow plug-in and it didn’t change a thing! Still won’t scroll~!
