Password reset link not working

    The only reason I can think of that would cause the login form to display instead of the password reset is if the page was marked as blocked (or if pages were blocked by default and the page were not unblocked).

    There was a change from 2.9.x to 3.0 that changed the post meta keys that were used to determine if a page was blocked, so if this is site that was using the plugin prior to 3.0, perhaps there are old keys in place. You could either check the page for a custom field of “block” (if custom fields are not displayed, use the “settings” pull down in the upper right of the post editor to show them) OR delete the page and start with a new one.

    Other than that, I can’t think of any reason why this form would not display.

    Hi Chad,

    Thanks so much for your reply, the old custom field called block was the problem. Maybe it would’ve been better for the plugin to update the meta_key as well with the update?

    I can imagine more people will run into this?
