Google map point coordination error

    hi !
    sorry for my english, i’ll post here instead of the french WP Group…

    I use this plugin to create a local website with multiple shops and events localisations.
    When i create an event, i use the google maps plugin to “geolocalize” the event on the map.
    Into the admin part, the point coordination is OK, but, on the website, the point is not really at the same point… maybe 100m around the real point.
    When i click on the link to habe a plain map, the point is on the real placement.

    Can’t résolve it :/

    Is this plugin still maintened (maintenance / updated) ?

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly, you are using another plugin for Google Maps?

    No, i use the maps that are in this plugin.

    When i see my event into the events manager, the POI (point of interest) is at the real place.

    When i go to the event on my website (in dev on localhost, i’ve tested this plugin on a “live” website and the bug is present too), the POI is on other place…

    When i click on the link to open a map, the POI is at the good place.

    I try to read the source code and see that old location is used by the event manager and link to gmap, but other link is used to display the map (embed) on the event (website).

    Hi, did you notice that is an error on the embed map ?
    Admin map is created by coordiantes points (longitude / latitude)
    Site map is created by google map data.

    Is this possible to change the sourcecode into the template, sorry but i’m new to WP and the code is very hard, i’m from phpbb.
