Plugin stops working when page is fully loaded

Only when I first open the website and immediately select a city/state (While the website is still opening), the Store Locator plugin works. However, I recently noticed that once the website is completely loaded, the plugin stops working and I am unable to search for another city or even drag/move around on the map.
