Functions.php mess up

probably really stupid question, I’m so sorry in advance. How do I get to that? I have read thats how I need to do it, but I am literally clueless as to how to get to there.

same one as before. I guess I cant access any of my database files.

they told me i need to delete a line within the function.php file. but i have no idea how to access that…. will it be stored on my computer somewhere? possibly within mamp?
