Some Problems with Sparkling-Theme

    I think the Theme Author develop this theme with this design. If you have to change the position of navigation, header image width, slider effect as required you have to do some custom work to change thee appearance of theme.

    Note: Child theme is recommended to customize theme.

    All of the things you want can be achieved via simple css overrides.
