• Mouse stays as a cursor (rather than turning into a hand) and the button doesn’t click, ie reload the page or save the settings. Any ideas please?

    Also both the cross and the “Dismiss this notice” don’t work on the top message which reads “Notice – The WordPress Security Firewall plugin does not automatically turn on certain features when you install. Click to read about any important updates from the plugin home page.”

    It sounds like you have a styling and/or Javascript issue on the site. There no other reason you’d have this. Try disabling plugins that affects your WordPress admin screen until this resolves.
