No message body

when someone uses the contact for all works fine except there is NO MESSAGE in the the Message body ?

Here is what is delivered:

From: tester <test@test.com>
Subject: test message

Message Body:
[yourmessage]

CAN ANYONE ADVISE ON HOW TO FIX THIS ?
