    Sorry to hear you’ve run into trouble. Start by checking for a plugin conflict. Temporarily de-activate all plugins not made by SiteOrigin. Re-test. If the issue is resolved you know you have a plugin conflict. If that’s the case, slowly, re-activate your plugins one by one. After each activation re-check the issue. When it re-occurs you’ll have found the conflicting plugin.
