Plugin for meetings and agendas

Hi

I am looking for a plugin that will allow multiple users to log in and add agenda items and notes for meetings.

The formatting is unimportant, it will be private, However I’d like to be able to export to print a document.

What I have in mind would look something like this:

ITEM 1: Christmas Decorations

INPUTS:

Sue A: check we have candles ACTION: Sue A DATE: 21/11
Mary C: do the lights still work ACTION: ask electrician to check DATE: 21/11
Mike W: see if we can borrow Joe’s reindeer ACTION: Mike to call Joe DATE: 21/11

Not sure if I am explaining myself very well here, but wondering if anyone knows a plugin that might do the job.
