Missing UPLOAD on ADMIN menu!

    Somehow, on two recent installations of WP 1.2 Mingus, I have lost the Upload link on the Admin menu. I have checked the menu.php file and all looks correct there. If I access this directly, try to load the upload.php file, it says that the admin has disabled this page.
    Now, it DOES work on my site. It’s on the same server. But these two installs don’t work.
    I did search the archives and found references to a similar bug, but was supposedly fixed in CVS circa April 2004. Well before Mingus.
    Any ideas, folks?
