Displaying Specific Tagged Posts

I have a really quick question. How do you check to see if a post is of a certain tag? Say on my homepage I have the top five most recent posts, but one of them isn’t one of my own, I want it to link to a different site so I tag it as aggregated. How do I tell the homepage to display the aggregated post as a link to another site?
