Database upgrade script / process for 2.3

I’ve had issues with the upgrade script to 2.3 from my 2.2 installation. Not much I can do on my end because so far my host has not increased the memory allocated to PHP. See the details here:

Can someone provide an offline upgrade script so that I can get my database in the proper shape for 2.3? Or point me to an upgrade process?
