New field added, style missing!

Hi all,

Added a new field for telephone number with the below code;

<p>Your Name (required)<br />
    [text* your-name] </p>

<p>Your Email (required)<br />
    [email* your-email] </p>

<p>Your Contact Number (required)<br />
    [tel* your-number] </p>

<p>Your Message<br />
    [textarea your-message] </p>

<p>[submit "Send"]</p>

As you’ll see, the new ‘contact number’ field has no styling – yet looks identical in the source code.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
