Too many fields error

I am using Make child theme and have it set to use a single page for a 1-page website. When I try to add another element to the page builder, such as columns or panels, I receive the following error:

“This form has too many fields (1008) for the server to accept (max 1000) Data may be lost if you submit. Are you sure you want to go ahead?”

Thus, I am unable to add any new sections to the site.

I am hosting at GoDaddy using their standard WordPress hosting.
