Reset Role Permissions?

I was attempting to create a more in-depth role structure to our site which would add functionality to core roles with bolt-on roles that I created. I created a role for a media contributor and set that as the lowest role to view all the NextGEN screens. Apparently I didn’t read the page well enough and didn’t realize that only the core roles are supported. Now I’ve lost access to any of the NextGEN screens except at-a-glance though I can’t click on any of the links. I’m logged in as an administrator. I’ve deleted the new roles I created to see if that would help and it didn’t. Is there any way of resetting this without me completely deleting the plugin and redoing the work in my pages that uses the plugin? Thank you!!
