More validations problems – this time with flash e

Ever since turning to WordPress I have tried to keep on top of making sure my site is validated. But it isn’t an easy task.
My latest problem is because I have added an audio function which uses .swf
Does anyone know a good way of fixing the code so it is valid?
I had a look at Flashifier but it didn’t seem to want to cooperate and after several hours of changing this, redoing that – I cannot work it out.
Any help would be much appreciated.
