*very* temporary solution – use global fees and fees per product, instead of additional fee, that way you can name them both.
We put this feature on out todo list, will be available in new versions of plugin.

I need to do it on credit card (braintree)

one last thing is fee type fixed, is not calculating the number of product.
exemple, i would need 1$ fix fee for each product , if i buy 10 item: 10$

In paid version you can setup checkout fee by country, product group
Is that what you need?

update to the latest version of Checkout Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce, you will see that option per per product

I need to apply a solution where the discount action we can substract a total cost of any selected item from total amount in the cart.
Can I make it with the actual plugin or I need to ask for a development.

Actually that I need is to substract the cheapest item price of a to the total amount in the cart.
So I need do this once the quantity in the cart are 4 items, I mean each 4 items I reduce the total substracting the cheapest item.
