    Is there any error you get when try to send the email from the test form? If not, can you check your email activity on SendGrid dashboard to see if it has been delivered?

    Is your account provisioned?

    Hi, I also have trouble sending a test email. I get this error message:
    “Email not sent. Invalid from email address ATB A/B”.
    My account is provisioned.
    There is no activity on my account dashboard.
    I have also tried with this sender address: info@sink.sendgrid.net.

    Are you also receiving an error when using a valid email address like info@sink.sendgrid.net?
    Can you tell us which is the from email address you are trying to use when getting the error?

    Hi. Thanks for writing back! I got it working now. The worst thing is, I don’t even remember what I did to get it working. Sorry about that.
