Multiple domains linked to one language

First of all, thank you very much for this plug-in – it is great.

I have a question about some more advanced configurations.
Consider such situation:
2 .pl domains that point to PL
1 .de -> DE
1. uk -> EN

For now I’ve set Polish as default in order to maintain desired behavior, but what could I do if I wanted another domain linked to English language?

I hope there isn’t something obvious that I’m missing.
