    Hi craigja00788,

What plugin version was updated to the newest one?
Could you please try to reset our plugin to defaults in the plugin settings and also clean cache and cookies in your browser?

I will delete and re-load the plugin to see if that works. It started last weekend, the first time we noticed we couldn’t update the football scores.

OK, please let us know about the results.
If issue won’t be fixed, it will be helpful if you will send link on your site and any additional info about the issue. Perhaps you will able to provide some php or js errors etc.

From our side, we will install this plugin on Monday on our development equipment and will try to reproduce this issue. However, we’re not familiar with this plugin and it will be helpful if you send steps for reproducing of this issue. If we won’t be able to reproduce it, perhaps it make a sense to ask support of this plugin about possible cause of this issue.

You can post additional information here or directly via support@webcodin.com.

I have deleted the plugin and cleaned the cache and cookies in the browser, reloaded the plugin, and it is still causing a conflict with WP Club Manager.

Will have to find a new weather plugin….

As described above, we will check on Monday possible cause of your issue and let you know about the results.

Unfortunately, without access to site with issue and useful debug information it is hard to understand what can it be by fly. So before we need to install third-party plugin, research information about it and try to replicate your issue.

The website is http://www.bradfordzone.co.uk. However this wont help you, as the problem occurs when we try and edit the posts for the football matches created within WP Club Manager to include the football results

We have taken the steps of disabling all plugins, and then re-starting them one at a time, which is how we know that it’s your plugin which is causing the problem.

When we try and edit or create the posts for football matches we get the following error

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Thanks for info. We’ll try to replicate this issue.

For now, you can use one of the previous plugin versions: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wcp-openweather/developers/ in case if you sure that is started with last one.

We’ll let you know about the results as soon as possible.

    craigja00788,

Seems this issue is critical for you and our team decided to start working on it on the weekend.

We’ve installed your theme (http://www.bradfordzone.co.uk) on our development servers and several external servers (with different server configurations). Also we installed both plugins (our and WP Club Manager) and unfortunately we can’t replicate your issue – both plugins are working properly.
Based on your decsription, we have no issues with creating and editing posts for football matches.

Basically, “Internal Server Error” can be related to various points that may not be related to any of the plugins. Here are some articles with useful info about possible causes of 500 error based on server memory limit and issues of .htaccess file:
    http://www.mastermindblogger.com/solution-for-500-internal-server-error-after-installing-some-plugins/

    http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/.

If these articles won’t help, as suggestion, you can also ask WP Club Manager support about this issue, perhaps they can give some useful information for us. They have simmilar topic about the conflict between WP Club Manager plugin and Contact Form 7 plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-contact-form-7-18?replies=2

We apologize that we are unable to help you with this issue, but if you will have any useful information from WP Club Manager support, we will be glad try to help with this.

    with best regards,

As I have already stated, WP Club Manager only functions properly when your plugin is disabled, not with any others. We have tested by disabling all plugins and turning them on one by one, to see which one or ones were causing the problem.

We don’t suffer access problems to other posts to edit, just WP Club Manager

As stated we will find an alternative to use.

    Thank you

    Hi craigja00788,

Currently we resolved this topic, because we can’t replicate this issue, seems it can be server-based issue.
As suggestion, you can create site clone on your server, remove all privacy information and provide temporary access to research.
If you’re interested in this suggestion, please contact us directly via support@webcodin.com.

    with best regards,
    WordPress WebCodin Team
