are you managing the HTML5 ads with Advanced Ads or another plugin?
If with another plugin, do other ads still work?

Other ads working absolutely normal! I can’t add new banners in group.
I think it will be easier to downgrade the plugin.
This might be a JavaScript conflict then, since Advanced Ads is using the “normal” WordPress tags for ad groups.
Could you please check if there is such a conflict? You find information about how-to on https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors.
You can also contact me through the support page and send me a login, so that I can see and maybe figure out the cause.
Downgrading is an option of course, but then you would probably have to stay on that version until someone else gets the same error or I can reproduce it.
