Plugins are not showing up on multisite

I recently set up multi-site. I have network activated my plug ins but they are not showing up on the sidebar panel for the new sites. Not sure if I am missing a step or not. But I cannot see the plugins I network activated on the admin panel, when I log into the individual sites accounts.
