You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas (NOT semicolons) in the To: field in Mail Section.
You can also cc: and bcc: using the Additional headers: field in Mail Section – see Adding Cc, Bcc and Other Mail Headers.

Install Postman SMTP, you don’t even have to set it up, just activate it, and submit your form again. Then check the log (Tools > Email Log) for the error.

Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.
