ALL plugin gone

    Hi,

    All my plugin is gone and I got a list of error msg. I tried to re-install but it stated

    Destination folder already exists. /home2/cslshawn/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    I wanted to contact wordpress but can’t find any contact page. Is this the place for help?

    Yes, this is the place for help. 🙂

    You’ll need to access your server via FTP, SFTP, or a file manager in your hosting provider’s control panel, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder, and delete the “jetpack” folder, then you’ll be able to properly re-install Jetpack.

    The same can be done for each similar plugin.
