If you’re using Windows you can right-click on the status bar at the bottom on the screen and select “Start Task Manager”. The “Processes” tab will show you which processes are running and the CPU/Memory being used. Sort the list by clicking on the column heading.

Have you contacted your hosting provider and asked them to check on the server?

I’ve never seen a report of 100% CPU usage caused by Hueman and I’m not aware of any process in the theme that would cause that. Have you tried disabling all your plugins and see if that fixes it?
And if you switch to a default WP theme like Twenty Fifteen?
I’ve done that , then the problem disappears.
You might try reinstalling the theme.

whenever I enter the WP- Admin my server CPU goes to 100%
Is this on the computer you’re using to access your site? Or on the hosting server?
Is the hosting provider notifying you that the server is using 100% CPU? They should be able to tell what part of the system is causing the issue.
